Our QC process covers each stage of production: raw material checking, fabric and mesh cutting inspection, stitching and seam inspection, edge binding checking, filling material and shape-retention review, zipper and removable-cover checking, non-slip and waterproof base checking, finished product inspection, and a final packaging and accessory-list review before shipment.

Our workshop runs approximately 50 sewing machines across 3 production lines. The team handles fabric cutting, semi-finished processing, sewing, filling, inspection, and packaging. Workers are experienced with fabric, mesh, filling materials, zippers, straps, bags, and mixed-material pet products -- covering all details that matter for durable, well-finished pet nests, houses, and beds.
